Michigan State Accuses Ohio State Of Tampering With Game Film

Who said there was such a thing as a poor sport or sore loser?

Not in the Big Ten Conference.

Fresh off a loss to the Ohio State Buckeyes, Michigan State defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi was accusing Urban Meyer and his staff of doctoring game film it was required to send the Spartans.

Narduzzi stated that he complained to the Big Ten, but the Spartans associate athletic director John Lewandowski, athletic director Mark Hollis, and Ohio States athletic director Gene Smith settled the issue between them.

According to the Free Press, Narduzzi said that Ohio State cut out pre-snap shifts and motion before plays on the four game tapes sent to East Lansing.

“We had tape cut off all week, where they changed the tape, I’m not gonna lie to you,” Narduzzi said outside the MSU locker room. “They send you tape and they’ve got it all cut off and you don’t get to see shifts or motions or anything else.”

“A few other teams we talked to that they played, and we compared what they were looking at on tape to what we were looking at,” he said. “We’re like ‘We don’t see any of that. We see it on their tape but not on our tape.’ So that’s something I’m sure the Big Ten office will hopefully take care of.”

Big Ten teams are required to provide game film from games they play.

Head Coach Mark Dantoni declined comment.

The Big Ten did not respond when asked to comment.

Buckeyes coach Urban Meyer said he knew nothing about the video tape issue.

“I don’t know anything about that,” Meyer said after his press conference. “I don’t handle the video. What are they saying?”

Rex Ryan Says Mark Sanchez Is The Answer For Jets At Quarterback

The New York Jets were humiliated today at home by the San Francisco 49ers and plenty of the pundits want to place the blame smack on quarterback Mark Sanchez’s back.

Sanchez was a putrid 13-of-29 passes for 103 yards, no touchdowns and an interception.

Sanchez constantly missed his targets, and many thought he would be pulled.

People are now wondering if it’s Tebow time.

According to NFL.com, Rex Ryan says not so fast.

“I’m not ready to make a quarterback change,” Ryan said. “Obviously we’ve got to get better play at quarterback and we got to get better play at a lot of things. You look at yourself first and there’s things we clearly all need to do.

“Mark’s the answer at quarterback.”

The New York Jets season is unraveling at a comical rate.

The lead New York in the backpage headlines just like they wanted, it’s just for the wrong reasons.

Jets Santonio Holmes Leaves Game With Non-Contact Knee Injury

The New York Jets continued to get punished by the football gods.

A week after losing pro bowl corner Darrelle Revis to a non-contact knee injury, wide receiver Santonio Holmes may have suffered the same fate when his knee gave out after catching an out route from Mark Sanchez.

To make matters worse Holmes fumbled the ball and it was returned for touchdown by Carlos Rogers.

Replacement Referee’s Received Death Threats Over Blown MNF Call

The ramifications from the blown Monday Night Football gaffe are still being felt by those same replacement referee’s.

Jay Glazer of Fox Sports and the NFL Network is reporting that  replay official Howard Slavin and side judge Lance Easley, a replacement official, have being receiving death threats since the controversial call.

Well all remember the play at hand, Green Bay’s M.D. Jennings intercepted a Russell Wilson Hail Mary that was eventually called a touchdown pass for Seahawks receiver Golden Tate.

Glazer is reporting that NFL Security has been asked to get involved.

Cincinnati Beats Virgina Tech With Incredible Deep Pass (Video)

Every 3 or 4 years Virginia Tech teams that are expected to make noise in the BCS choose to underachieve miserably.

This season is no exception.

Jason Pierre-Paul Says Who Is Eagles Demetress Bell, I Don’t Know Him

Wow another shot fired in the war of words between the Eagles and the Giants.

These two teams definitely hate each other.

This hated shot by JPP is actually funny to me.  Quite hilarious.

While being interviewed by a New York Post reporter, Pierre-Paul was asked about Philadelphia Eagles left tackle Demetress Bell who is filling in for injured King Dunlap, who was filling in for pro bowler Jason Peters.

Pierre-Paul’s knowledge of the Eagles personnel obviously doesn’t go past their two deep, because his answer was classic.

“I don’t know who that is. Who is that?”

When told that was the Eagles third starting left tackle, Pierre Paul again sent another subtle jab.

“Oh man, that’s trouble right?” Pierre-Paul said jokingly. “Third one? Hmm, that’s trouble.”

Starting left tackle Jason Peters ruptured his Achilles back in March, and King Dunlap injured his hamstring two weeks ago.

Pierre-Paul thinks the pressure they applied to Vick last season is now being replicated by other teams.

“A lot of teams took what we did,” Pierre-Paul said. “I was watching the Arizona game. They were killing him out there, man. He needed to get rid of the ball faster.”

I pray for Michael Vick this week.

That “Nascar” pass rush the Giants utilize will give that banged up Eagles front problems all night Sunday.

Vick must get rid of the ball quickly or it will be a long evening here in Philly.

Devin Hester Says He Should Get The Ball More

I wouldn’t even know where to begin with Devin Hester quest to get the football more.

In my opinion he’s between a rock and a hard place.

What exactly do you do with a guy who’s not talented enough to be a starting receiver, yet not big enough to be a running back.

Well according to Devin Hester via ESPN Chicago, the Bears need to figure it out.

Hester is frustrated with his role and how the Chicago Bears use him.

“It’s hard being one of the top electrifying players in the league and you’re not able to get your hands on the ball as much as you want.”

Hester has 2 catches for 27 yards total on the season.

Bears offensive coordinator Mike Tice wants Hester to know he’s trying.

“We try to get him the ball. It doesn’t always work out, like that one in the end zone (against the Rams on Sunday) that was designed for him,” offensive coordinator Mike Tice said Thursday. “Basically it was a one-man route. We’re trying to find ways to get him the ball. Sometimes the coverage dictates we’re going to go to him, sometimes it doesn’t.”

Hester to his credit has remained optimistic and avoided being a distraction.

“Hopefully it’ll come one day, but for right now I’m in the same boat as you guys,” Hester said. “I’m trying to figure out when it’s going to come. It’s a disappointing feeling. I know what I’m capable of.”

In my opinion I’m not sure where Hester fits in any package.

He can’t play on the outside with the big boys as Roddy White likes to call them, yet I’m confused as to why the Bears can’t even use him in a Wes Welker role from the slot.

What does that say about Devin.

Coach Brett Favre And Oak Grove HS Lose Game On Crazy Hail Mary (Video)

Brett Favre was undefeated as a high school offensive coordinator up until this point.

His Hattiesburg (Miss.) Oak Grove High School football team had won five straight to open the season and were looking at going 6-0.

I know Brett was hot.

Victor Cruz Tells Roddy White He Doesn’t Care What He Says, He’s Got A Ring

Yesterday Falcons wide receiver Roddy White took a shot via NFL Network at Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz, when he implied that Cruz who plays the slot on occasions, is not a “big boy” because of it.

Cruz Giants teammates let him know about the slight, and Cruz fired back in the calmest of manners according to the Newark Star Ledger.

“I couldn’t care less about what anybody else has to say,” Cruz told the Star-Ledger. “I got a ring back at home. I don’t care about what Roddy White has to say.

Roddy White just likes to bring attention to himself whether it’s good or bad.

He could have easily answered Michael Irvin’s question with a simple yes me and Julio are the best.

He gets in trouble sometimes when he tries to be a bit more intelligent than he really is.

That’s Roddy for you though.

Dallas Cowboys To Open A Victoria Secrets Pink In Stadium

People can and will say a lot of things about Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones when he’s no longer here, please make sure you add that he was about his money.

ESPN Dallas via KRLD-FM is reporting that the Cowboys will open and have the first Victoria Secrets Pink store in any stadium ever.

How genius and G is that.

Your lady lets you blow a stack on taking in a game at Cowboy’s stadium, and she mentions to you, oh yea darling can we stop by Victoria Secrets?

All my men reading this post already know the answer.  You are going to say yes. Either that or she’ll give you no choice.

Brilliant.

Jones himself loves the idea.

“We think it’s cute as a bug and very in place to show it and sell it out there.”

You are sitting on a lot of cash when you think something “is cute as a bug.”

The Cowboys sent out a brief press release announcing that they’ll have a ribbon cutting ceremony before Monday nights huge tussle with the Chicago Bears.

Victoria’s Secret models Elsa Hosk and Jessica Hart will be among the honored guest along with Jones daughter Charlotte Anderson.

The press release stated  “fully articulated lifestyle collection for young women that include bras, panties, loungewear and sleepwear.”

Oh yea and all that sexy Victoria Secret Pink merchandise will feature the Cowboys name and logo.

Genius I say.
